A bill does not become law until it is passed by the legislature and in cases, approved by the executive. Once a bill has been enacted into law, it is called an Act or a Statute. The constitution of India came into force on January 26, 1950. It includes quite naturally Education as the right to each and every citizen of India to fulfil the hopes and aspirations of the individual and the nation.
